By using FX Terminal Pro, you agree to these terms.
Scope
These terms apply to the use of the web application FX Terminal Pro and all related services, content and features. Deviating terms of the user are not recognized unless expressly agreed in writing.
Contract formation and free trial
- •A user agreement is formed upon registration.
- •New users can try FX Terminal Pro free for 7 days. A payment card is required to start the trial. You will not be charged until after the 7-day trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then.
- •After the trial ends, the selected subscription plan becomes active only if payment details have been provided. Without payment details, access automatically expires.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from contract formation. To exercise your right, send a clear statement by email to support@fxterminal.pro. After withdrawal, any payments received will be refunded promptly, unless services have already been consumed and a value adjustment has been agreed.
Account and usage
- •You are responsible for the security of your login credentials.
- •Sharing account credentials with third parties is prohibited.
- •We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used abusively.
Payment and cancellation
- •Subscriptions are billed through Lemon Squeezy.
- •You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account or by emailing support@fxterminal.pro.
- •After the trial, the selected plan automatically becomes active unless you cancel before. The first charge occurs after the 7-day trial.
Liability disclaimer (important for traders)
- •FX Terminal Pro is an information and analysis tool. It does not constitute investment advice, asset management or a trading recommendation.
- •All signals, scores, rankings and AI analyses are solely for the user's independent decision preparation.
- •The user trades at their own risk and responsibility. We assume no liability for trading decisions, profits or losses.
- •Historical data and past performance are not indicative of future results.
- •We do not guarantee availability, accuracy or timeliness of displayed data.
Intellectual property
All content, designs, calculations, algorithms and data processing of FX Terminal Pro are protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution or further processing outside personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our express consent.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right to change these terms. Users will be notified of material changes in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Final provisions
Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the remainder of the agreement remains valid. German law applies. The place of jurisdiction for disputes with merchants is the court at the provider's registered seat.
